Perfect for Christmas

This is the only paint from Shimmer Drops that has left me disappointed. I kind of feel like something went wrong in the mulling process. The paint is really lumpy and difficult to work with. On every other Shimmer Drops' paint I've used, water beads up when first placed on a dry pan, but on this one water just immediately sinks in like on chalk. No amount of additional water, waiting or mixing can get this paint smooth. While there is a slight shimmer from the mica in the paint, the red base is really chalky and dull. I really wish I could have got Valentine, but it was sold out.
