Shipping Update: Temporary Pause on Orders to the USA

Dear Customers,

We want to let you know about an important update regarding our shipping to the United States.

Due to recent changes in U.S. tariffs and the way these are being processed, shipping services from Australia to the USA have been temporarily suspended by carriers. Unfortunately, this means we are currently unable to send parcels to our U.S. customers.

We know this is disappointing news, and we share in that frustration. Please rest assured that this pause is not permanent. We’ve been informed that a solution is being worked on behind the scenes. Once the new systems are in place and services resume, we will reopen shipping to the USA as quickly as possible.

Our U.S. customers are such an important part of our community, and we truly value your patience and understanding during this unexpected disruption.
