All Australian orders are sent by Australia post and will take 3-7 business days. Australian Shipping costs $10AUD and Express Post shipping costs $15AUD

USA shipping costs $18 (Australian Dollars) this takes 9-12 business days.

Canada shipping costs $18 (Australian Dollars) this takes 20-25 business days.

New Zealand shipping costs $12 (Australian Dollars) this takes 7-14 business days.

Asia shipping costs $15 (Australian Dollars) this takes 20-25 business days.

All other international shipping costs $22 (Australian Dollars) this takes 20-25 business days.

If you have not received tracking information on your purchased please check you spam folder. Shimmer Drops Paint is not responsible for lost shipping. We will however pursue the matter with the shipping company and work with you to find lost items.

Customs And Import Taxes

When purchasing for Shimmer drops paints UK customers please be aware that Shimmer Drops Paint only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. Products will be shipped delivered duty unpaid (DDU) also know as Delivered At Place (DAP).
